No, you don't need to be in shape. You can train at your own pace.

Comfortable workout clothes:

  • For Women: leggings or sweats with no zipper, t-shirt, sports bra.
  • For Men: sweats with no zippers, t-shirt.

Sandals, a reusable water bottle (we have a water refilling station in the gym) and take off any jewelry (so they don't get snagged or grabbed).

You have to add a credit card on you membership account and the fee will be taken out every month.
